तयान नु कषत्रियानव आदित्यान याचिषामहे |

English:- . BRING us a thousand, Indra, as our guerdon for the Soma juice:
Hundreds of kine, O Hero, bring.

मित्रो नो अत्यंहतिं वरुणः पर्षदर्यमा |
आदित्यासो यथा विदुः
English:- Bring cattle, bring us ornament, bring us embellishment and steeds,
Give us, besides, two rings of gold.

तेषां हि चित्रमुक्थ्यं वरूथमस्ति दाशुषे |

English:- And, Bold One, bring in ample store rich jewels to adorn the ear,

English:- None other is there for the priest, Hero! but thou, to give him gifts,

English:- Indra can never be brought low, Śakra can never be subdued:

English:- He spieth out the wrath of man, he who can never be deceived:

English:- He hath his stomach full of might, the Vṛtra-slayer, Conqueror,

English:- In thee all treasures are combined, Soma all blessed things in thee,

English:- To thee speeds forth my hope that craves the gift of corn, and kine and gold,

English:- Indra, through hope in thee alone even this sickle do I grasp.

सतेनं बद्धमिवादिते
अपो षु ण इयं शरुरादित्या अप दुर्मतिः |
अस्मदेत्वजघ्नुषी
शश्वद धि वः सुदानव आदित्या ऊतिभिर्वयम |
पुरा नूनं बुभुज्महे
शश्वन्तं हि परचेतसः परतियन्तं चिदेनसः |
देवाः कर्णुथ जीवसे
तत सु नो नव्यं सन्यस आदित्या यन मुमोचति |
बन्धाद बद्धमिवादिते
नास्माकमस्ति तत तर आदित्यासो अतिष्कदे |
यूयमस्मभ्यं मर्ळत
मा नो हेतिर्विवस्वत आदित्याः कर्त्रिमा शरुः |
पुरा नुजरसो वधीत
वि षु दवेषो वयंहतिमादित्यासो वि संहितम |
