Hosea (होशे) >> Israel Shall Return to God
1 हे इस्राएल, अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के पास लौट आ, क्योंकि तू ने अपने अधर्म के कारण ठोकर खाई है।
1 O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.
2 बातें सीख कर और यहोवा की ओर फिर कर, उस से कह, सब अधर्म दूर कर; अनुग्रह से हम को ग्रहण कर; तब हम धन्यवाद रूपी बलि चढ़ाएंगे।
2 Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.
3 अश्शूर हमारा उद्धार न करेगा, हम घोड़ों पर सवार न होंगे; और न हम फिर अपनी बनाई हुई वस्तुओं से कहेंगे, तुम हमारे ईश्वर हो; क्योंकि अनाथ पर तू ही दया करता है॥
3 Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
4 मैं उनकी भटक जाने की आदत को दूर करूंगा; मैं सेंतमेंत उन से प्रेम करूंगा, क्योंकि मेरा क्रोध उन पर से उतर गया है।
4 I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
5 मैं इस्राएल के लिये ओस के समान हूंगा; वह सोसन की नाईं फूले-फलेगा, और लबानोन की नाईं जड़ फैलाएगा।
5 I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
6 उसकी जड़ से पौधे फूटकर निकलेंगे; उसकी शोभा जलपाई की सी, और उसकी सुगन्ध लबानोन की सी होगी।
6 His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
7 जो उसकी छाया में बैठेंगे, वे अन्न की नाईं बढ़ेंगे, वे दाखलता की नाईं फूले-फलेंगे; और उसकी कीर्ति लबानोन के दाखमधु की सी होगी॥
7 They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.
8 एप्रैम कहेगा, मूरतों से अब मेरा और क्या काम? मैं उसकी सुनकर उस पर दृष्टि बनाए रखूंगा। मैं हरे सनौवर सा हूं; मुझी से तू फल पाया करेगा॥
8 Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.
9 जो बुद्धिमान हो, वही इन बातों को समझेगा; जो प्रवीण हो, वही इन्हें बूझ सकेगा; क्योंकि यहोवा के मार्ग सीधे हैं, और धर्मी उन में चलते रहेंगे, परन्तु अपराधी उन में ठोकर खाकर गिरेंगे॥
9 Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.
