ओ३म् अचेत्यग्निश्चिकितिर्हव्यवाड्न सुमद्रथः॥४४७
English:- Agni is self-conscious, enlightens, and, as a self- conducted power moving on its own waves of radiation, carries the fragrance of yajnic havi as well as the light of knowledge from the vedi all round. (Rigved 8-56-5)
ओ३म् अग्ने त्वं नो अन्तम उत त्राता शिवो भुवो वरूथ्य॥४४८
English:- Agni, lord of light, fire of life, you are our closest friend and saviour. Be good and gracious, the very spirit and security of the home for the inmates. (Rigved 5-24-1)
ओ३म् भगो न चित्रो अग्निर्महोनां दधाति रत्नम्॥४४९
English:- Like greatest of the great and munificent, wondrous Agni, Supreme light of life, holds the treasure jewels of existence which he liberally grants to the dedicated souls.
ओ३म् विश्वस्य प्र स्तोभ पुरो वा सन्यदि वेह नूनम्॥४५०
English:- Eternal sustainer of the universe, universal object of world adoration, you are beyond all doubt the same, first and foremost since eternity and the same even here and now.
ओ३म् उषा अप स्वसुष्टम सं वर्त्तयति वर्तनि सुजातता॥४५१
English:- The dawn continuously removes the darkness of its sister night, by circular motion of its rise every morning through the succession of day and night. (Rigved10-172-4)
ओ३म् इमा नु कं भुवना सीषधेमेन्द्रश्च विश्वे च देवा॥४५२
English:- Let us proceed, study and win our goals, successfully and peacefully, across these regions of the world, study and harness electric energy, and let all divine forces of nature and nobilities of humanity be favourable to us. (Rigved 10-157-1)
ओ३म् वि स्रुतयो यथा पथ इन्द्र त्वद्यन्तु रातय॥४५३
English:- Like streams of water flowing by their natural course, O lord munificent, Indra, let your gifts of wealth, honour and excellence flow free for humanity.
ओ३म् अया वाजं देवहित सनेम मदेम शतहिमाः सुवीरा॥४५४
English:- Thus do we offer ardent praise and seek to share divine favour and inspiration fit for dedicated humanity and pray we may live happy a full hundred years blest with noble and heroic generations of progeny. (Rigved 6-17-15)
ओ३म् ऊर्जा मित्रो वरुणः पिन्वतेडा पीवरीमिषं कृणुही न इन्द्र॥४५५
English:- Indra, lord omnipotent, munificent giver, just as Mitra, the sun, and Varuna, the firmament, shower energy, fertilise the earth and ripen the grains, as the day and night refresh the vital spirit, so, we pray, mature and bring abundant food, energy and intelligence for us.
ओ३म् इन्द्रो विश्वस्य राजति॥४५६
English:- Indra, lord omniscient and omnipotent, rules and enlightens the world. (Yaj. 36, 8)
