English:- . WHEN shall our prayers rest in thy car beside thee? When dost thou give the singer food for thousands?

कर्हि सवित तदिन्द्र यन नर्भिर्नॄन वीरैर्वीरान नीळयासे जयाजीन |
तरिधातु गा अधि जयासि गोष्विन्द्र दयुम्नंस्वर्वद धेह्यस्मे
English:- When wilt thou gatber men with men, O Indra, heroes with heroes, and prevail in combat?

English:- Yea, when wilt thou, O Indra, thou Most Mighty, make the prayer all-sustaining for the singer?

स गोमघा जरित्रे अश्वश्चन्द्रा वाजश्रवसो अधि धेहि पर्क्षः |

English:- Grant to the Singer food with store of cattle, splendid with horses and the fame of riches.

English:- Lead otherwise this present foeman, Śakra! Hence art thou praised as Hero, foe destroyer
