1 आओ हम यहोवा के लिये ऊंचे स्वर से गाएं, अपने उद्धार की चट्टान का जयजयकार करें!
1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
2 हम धन्यवाद करते हुए उसके सम्मुख आएं, और भजन गाते हुए उसका जयजयकार करें!
2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
3 क्योंकि यहोवा महान ईश्वर है, और सब देवताओं के ऊपर महान राजा है।
3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
4 पृथ्वी के गहिरे स्थान उसी के हाथ में हैं; और पहाड़ों की चोटियां भी उसी की हैं।
4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
5 समुद्र उसका है, और उसी ने उसको बनाया, और स्थल भी उसी के हाथ का रचा है॥
5 The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.
6 आओ हम झुक कर दण्डवत करें, और अपने कर्ता यहोवा के साम्हने घुटने टेकें!
6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.
7 क्योंकि वही हमारा परमेश्वर है, और हम उसकी चराई की प्रजा, और उसके हाथ की भेड़ें हैं॥ भला होता, कि आज तुम उसकी बात सुनते!
7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,
8 अपना अपना हृदय ऐसा कठोर मत करो, जैसा मरीबा में, वा मस्सा के दिन जंगल में हुआ था,
8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 जब तुम्हारे पुरखाओं ने मुझे परखा, उन्होंने मुझ को जांचा और मेरे काम को भी देखा।
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
10 चालीस वर्ष तक मैं उस पीढ़ी के लोगों से रूठा रहा, और मैं ने कहा, ये तो भरमाने वाले मन के हैं, और इन्होंने मेरे मार्गों को नहीं पहिचाना।
10 Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
11 इस कारण मैं ने क्रोध में आकर शपथ खाई कि ये मेरे विश्राम स्थान में कभी प्रवेश न करने पाएंगे॥
11 Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.
